Parative is focused on revolutionizing the way companies leverage their customer data to drive revenue. We believe the traditional ways companies capture and utilize customer data is fundamentally broken, so we’ve set out to create the first ever Customer Data Orchestration Engine to automate the process of unifying customer data across siloed systems to predict revenue and find the fastest path to growth. Parative is a Boston-based team founded by serial entrepreneurs, backed by incredible investors, and united by the belief that data is only as good as your ability to understand and act on it.

We’re looking to add outbound sales development representatives (SDRs) to our growing sales team. As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, this key role will identify prospective customers and have a direct impact on the success of Parative’s go-to-market strategy. This position reports to the Director of Sales, and offers a base salary and commission. Those employees who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity for career development and advancement within the sales team.

Location: Parative is a remote company, although our strong preference is to hire candidates who are located in the Boston area where the majority of our team is located. Local applicants and those willing to relocate to Greater Boston will be given priority in the hiring process.

About the role:

  • Identify high potential companies who can benefit from Parative’s software suite
  • Demonstrate creativity and persistence in establishing contact with mid-market decision makers on GTM teams and following up to generate responses
  • Conduct customized outreach and follow up across phone, email, and social channels
  • Share the Parative vision and qualify prospects for the fit with Parative’s product suite
  • Schedule introductory calls for senior members of the Parative team
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using HubSpot CRM
  • Use HubSpot tasks and reminders to stay organized and accountable to prospects and to goals

About you:

  • Previous successful sales experience OR an informed perspective on why you want to pursue a sales career
