Parative is focused on revolutionizing the way companies leverage their customer data to drive revenue. We believe the traditional ways companies capture and utilize customer data is fundamentally broken, so we’ve set out to create the first ever Customer Data Orchestration Engine to automate the process of unifying customer data across siloed systems to predict revenue and find the fastest path to growth. We’re looking to add outbound sales development representatives (SDRs) to our growing sales team. As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, this key role will identify prospective customers and have a direct impact on the success of Parative’s go-to-market strategy. This position reports to the Director of Sales, and offers a base salary and commission. Those employees who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity for career development and advancement within the sales team.
Location: Parative is a remote company, although our strong preference is to hire candidates who are located in the Boston area where the majority of our team is located. Local applicants and those willing to relocate to Greater Boston will be given priority in the hiring process.
